In an endeavor to restrict the spread of coronavirus, the British Horseracing Authority (BHA) is set to order crisis gauges this week forbidding onlookers from horseracing occasions.
In line with the new methodology recommended by the horseracing industrys Covid-19 gathering, race gatherings will be held without onlookers, while contenders and members will go to under exacting conditions.
Racing occasions will move away from plain view at first until the finish of March.
Mondays race at Kelso is now due to proceed without onlookers, following direction from the Scottish Government.
Nick Rust, CEO of the BHA, stated: «Racing has endeavored to take care of our clients and our staff by following the Governments direction and making proportionate move.
«We will concur plans to restrict participation to members and staff just at race gatherings from this week, and set up the emergency courses of action created by the industry.»
Regarding the Grand National due to be run on 4 April, the BHA said the Government «has been informed on the issues in question» and a declaration will be made «when possible.»
