The Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) has cleared the arranged merger between Flutter Entertainment and Stars Group.

Flutter agreed in October 2019 to procure Stars Group, making a combined element which would have created 3.8bn ($4.66m) in income for 2018 on an ace forma premise.
